| Phil, I realize how much Leigh met to you and I only wish I had some photos for you. Leigh was a good person and it was not fair she should be taken at such a young age. I did have one of us together taken by her mother in front of her house in 1975 but I could not locate it. If I do I will certainly send it to you. I remember the last time I saw Leigh we were passing by in our cars and she had this big german shepherd with her. She must have just got it. That was my last memory of her. | Ron, her German shepherd's name was Samantha. She called her Sam. Leigh told me once she and Kate Johnson (did you know her?) were hitchhiking in Asbury Park and got a ride with James Taylor, who was there because his girlfriend Carly Simon was playing at the Baronet theater. | Phil, Thinking about Leigh on this Mother's Day you are right, she would have made a wonderful mother. Even though I last saw Leigh when I was 19 and now I'm 57 she is very hard to forget. She certainly made a lasting impression on me. That special smile of hers and her unique personality of somewhat on the wild side but beneath the surface she was kind and sweet. I also heard that story from Leigh hitchhiking in Asbury Park. I did know Kate Johnson and I remember she had relatives who had a boat and they took us for a ride on the Shrewsbury. I also remember a friend of hers at the bank she worked at in the Monmouth Shopping Center. But this was all so long ago and have no idea where any of them are now.
