He was born at 106 Lafayette, Vandergrift,PA. He was one of eight children,(3- W. Blair, Bertha and M. Maude, from Homer's first marriage to Mary Maud McCreary, and 5 from his mother Zora- Zanomia, Arthur,Helen,*James Seward and Thelma. Known by both James and Seward,he did many first; one of the first cross country truck drives, then a projectionist at Warren movie Theatre in Apollo,PA, then one of the first Radio and TV Sales and Repair stores in Vandergrift, PA. Of course before that he was in the Navy in WWII, on the Macon.
