| Elgie Rissinger was my grandmother. She was married to Harold Rissinger and they had 5 children, 4 sons and 1 daughter. Herbert, Warren, Lucille, Lloyd and Charles. She was a farmers wife and a very hard working woman. Elgie and Harold had 14 grandchildren, 8 granddaughter's and 6 grandsons. She loved to sew, play the piano and tend her garden. | Lloyd Rissinger was the 4th of 5 children of Harold & Elgie Rissinger. He was born at the farm house in Hermitage, (Wyoming Co.) New York. He was in the Army during World War II & was one of the first to go through a concentration camp in Germany. He never talked about the war much and I only found out about the camp after he had passed away. His favorite hobbies were golfing, fishing, hunting and being an inspiration to his family. He was a District Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in Miami Fla. and cover the lower half of the state before moving to Woodstock Ga. where he retired. A man with a great sense of humor & one of the most honest people you would ever meet. I this because he was my father. His children are Gary Rissinger, Connie Dagg, Cindy English and Cheryl Legan. He has 7 grandson & 3 granddaughters and 7 great granddaughters & 2 great grandsons. - submitted by
