Dear Ladies and Gentlemen and dear friends,
My name is Anna Bousova ( 54 ) and I live in the Czech Republic. My native roots are linked to name
Klavik (it was my mum´s maiden name ).
I would like to draw up my Family tree so I´m looking for information about all of my ancestors.
I have read thousand of chronicle´s pages where I have searched many of them. The detailed investigation is very hard work for me. But I don´t want to give up. It´s very exciting and fascinating to read about my ancestor´s lives.
I found name Klavik ( klawjjak) in last 7 generations ! But I´m not sure if all my results are really right.
So I try to understand all these connections and relationships and try not to fill in my Family tree wrong .

Do you have your native roots in Czech / Czechoslovakia / in Bohemia , please?
I am looking for any connections with these names :
Mr. Tomas Klavik (born 17.8. 1859) and his wife Mrs Katerina Trčkova (farmar´s daughter from Zátaví near town Písek ) - they were my great – great – grandparents .What I see is that they had a few children. Certainly these were Josef, Marie, maybe Anna , Josefa, …… and Jan Klavík ( 14.4.1871 – 17.8. 1953 in Štěkeň who got married to Marie Karvanova - they were my grandfather´s parents).
But I don´t know who was Mr.Tomáš Klavík - born on 17.8.1859 in Slatina 11, Strakonice, he was a gamekeeper of Lord , got married to Maria Fialova ( born in 1872 ). They had a daughter Maria ( born 10.11. 1895-6? in Štěkeň and a son Tomas Klavik ( born in 1895, he probably married to Alice Klavik (born 20.1.1893 – 1985) and lived in La Grange, Illinois, USA. Maybe they had 3 sons: Thomas Jr. ( 1922 or 1921 – 19.1.2000, Summit Argo, Illinois, USA ), John A. Klavik (15.1.1926 – 14.12.2005, Sandwich, Illinois, USA), Carl Klavik ( 1929 - ???) – might he was in the World War 2nd.
Then I am looking for the ancestors called the Milacek family – living in the USA.
I remember my Grannie named Mrs Anna Klavik ( 24.4.1910 – 6.12. 1995,her maiden name was Baron , she lived in Dobev 64, Strakonice u Písku, her father was Vaclav Baron and mum Josefa Charvátova . She had, I think, 9 siblings ( Váslav Josef, Marie, Jaroslav…..but I don´t know the others. She got married to Jan Klavík ( was born 17.7.1909 ) and they had 5 children : Jan Josef ( born and died in 1933, Miroslav 1934, my mum Anna 1939- 2001, Jaroslav 1945, Helena 1951.
I remember, my Grannie used to post with Ms Ludmila Milacek living in Florida, USA. I have only a few her greetings, postcards which were sent to my Grannie. She also wrote about small Helen Milacek and William called Vilíček, Ms Helen Marie, Ms Anna Milacek ( died 5.9.1938 ) and Ms Antonie Milacek ( died 12.3.1939 in N.Y ) I know, that Grannie loved them very much, but I don´t know, who were these ladies. What relationship is between these two women. What I know is, that they moved to Floral Park, New York.
If you can or you know anyone who can give me some information about Mr Klavik and Ms Milacek – who came from Czech / Bohemia I would be very grateful and thankful .
