Hello, My name is Mary Anne Carpenter Wiley.
Allen Leon Kenyon was my Grandfather on my mothers side of the family. He was first married to Annie Isabel Norman. He had a daughter with her that was my mother, Mary Frances Kenyon. She died of turburculosis when my mother her only child was only 18 months old. She married William Ralph Carpenter. She had 4 children. One was me. He later remarried Elizebeth Rivers and had a son with her. His name is Howard Kenyon. He lives in California and has 3 sons.
For a lot more information please contact me. The old homeplace is still standing in Morrow, Georgia. I spent many summers there as a child WHEN THERE WERE NO PIPES LAYED FOR RUNNING WATER. Only a well. There was even an outhouse before indoor plumbing came along. I remember using that outhouse...AND YES WE USED OLD Sears and Roebuck catalogs as toliet tissue.
My Grandfather loved to play checkers in his favorite chair in the living room next to a stive in which he burned wood in to keep warm. There was an old wooden radio that sat there on a Lamp table. They had no TV UNTIL LATER ON.
Society has come a long way since the good ole days back then. I loved gathering the eggs in the morning fromt he chickens as a child. And....I loved his mule named daisy that used to plow the fields when he planted the big garden for winter with all kinds of great home grown vegetables. AWESOME !!

Raphael was married to Louis.They never had any children. I do not remember her maiden name. He was my Uncle on my mothers side. His brother Allen Leon Kenyon, lived on Reynolds Road and Raphael and Louis lived on Phillips Drive, not far away. I do not know if the quant little house they lived on is still there or not. There is a road named after my Grandpa named Kenyon Drive.
