Was a loving mother, grandmother, devoted wife and local business owner. She always cared for and enjoyed family and friends. She had a big beautiful smile and an even bigger heart. She volunteered as a classroom teaching assistant for the local school district. She was a Sunday school teacher and secretary for the Sunday School. She worked private duty as a housekeeper /companion by day and a Data Entry Specialist for the Internal Revenue Service at night. She was cheated out of years of her life because of “GREED”!
She was treated for early stages of colon cancer and was given a good prognosis. However, during 1990-91 was given diluted drugs during her cancer treatment at local hospital. During the investigation her information was shared with the FBI, but during the prosecution the years she was treated were not allowed, even though it was information from her daughter that lead to an additional raid on the local suspected pharmacy and those same drugs identified and related to the FBI being added to the list of diluted drugs.

I am the one that the FBI talked to that Sunday night before they reentered the pharmacy early Monday morning and found more diluted. The drugs I told them to look for. Specific drugs that my mother had taken. The next morning “Breaking News” said the names of these drugs had been added to the list. These were the drugs that I had informed them about. However, when charges were filed they only went back to 1992 and my mother received these drugs in 1990-1991. I specifically called because of conversations the I had with her oncology doctor, Dr. Guier and her main doctor at that time Dr. Timothy Frey, . I was so adamant about her care because we had already lost my dad to cancer and the doctor at that time was suspicious about the drugs at that time.
I am looking for the Names of the FBI agent that I talked to, I think that it was a woman. Names of the agent who led the case and decided that the dates that I gave them were not relevant but the information about the suspect drugs was. Also who was is that decided that the dates and years I had given them would not be included in the charges. This meant that my family would not be allowed the option of participating in the law suit. Why did they start at 1992. I waited for follow ups from the FBI as they had said, but never heard back nor did they return any of my subsequent phone calls.
Robert Ray Courtney is a liar. He has been diluting drugs for years!

Hunt On for Cancer Patients Given Suspect Chemotherapy

Federal authorities are trying to find cancer patients whose prescriptions were filled by a pharmacist in Kansas City, Mo., charged with dispensing diluted chemotherapy drugs. The authorities said yesterday that the pharmacist, Robert R. Courtney, had diluted two drugs, Taxol and Gemzar, saving hundreds of dollars with each prescription, and that hundreds of patients could have received them. They said some of the drugs had less than 1 percent of the prescribed dosage.
